Reston, VA – In-Plant production pros will have plenty to choose from when GRAPH EXPO 16 welcomes show visitors to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, September 25-28, 2016.  For these print pros who will come seeking new growth strategies and ways to manage their costs and improve efficiencies, top attractions will be the wide array of technologies, latest solutions and unique new applications to be demonstrated across every aisle of the show floor.  Not only will exhibitors be showing their latest and most exciting products and services, but these show visitors will find education, show floor attractions, and a dedicated specialty feature just for them.  Even before the GRAPH EXPO 16 show floor officially opens, the EXECUTIVE OUTLOOK Conference on Sunday, September 25 will provide a valuable and varied industry overview.

“In-Plant printers are one of the most important segments of the graphic communications industry,” says Graphic Arts Show Company (GASC) President Thayer Long. “That is why we have focused our efforts, offerings and programming to ensure they will have access to all of the resources and answers they will need-the technology, education, and business networking opportunities-to reach their business goals for the future.”

Among this year’s show floor highlights will be The In-Plant Place, a dedicated networking hub exclusively for In-Plant pros from every industry segment-Government, Corporate and Education-to come meet, learn, share and more.  Other floor specialty sections and features will include: Deliver-The Mailing and Fulfillment Center, The Inkjet Candy Store, The House That Print Built, Materials Matter, News Print – The Newspaper Pavilion, The Printerverse, and Education Main Street.  Show floor “cornerstone” sections return as well, dedicated to: Press/Finishing, Software: Workflow & Design/Prepress, and much more.

GRAPH EXPO 16 also has assembled a solid new lineup of seminar sessions specifically tailored for this key market industry: “Printing By-The-Numbers: Lean/Six Sigma Methodology & Metrics” will be held Sunday, September 25 at 1:30 pm. There will be three sessions on Monday, September 26: “In-Plant Panel: Conquering the Top 8 In-Plant Challenges (10:00 am), “How to Increase Your In-Plant’s Performance and Value” (1:30 pm), and “SUPERCHARGE Your Old Press: How to Gain LESS Make Ready and MORE Quality/Speed” (3:30 pm). A Tuesday, September 27seminar, “Top 10 Tips to Build a Better In-Plant,” will be held at 10:00 am.

More attractions, in addition to the show floor hubs brimming with the latest technologies and solutions, and timely seminars slate, will include co-located events offered by the In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) and In-Plant Graphics magazine.

IPMA will facilitate networking at the In-Plant Place on the show floor and also will sponsor an In-Plant Panel Luncheon on Monday, September 26. A highlight of the luncheon will be the presentation by Dr. Joe Webb of the association’s newly released study, The State of the In-Plant Industry: Challenges, Opportunities and Outlook. GRAPH EXPO attendees and survey participants will receive the full report following the presentation.

Meanwhile, In-Plant Graphics will co-sponsor with Canon Solutions America an In-Plant printer breakfast at 9:00 am on Monday, September 26, and co-sponsor with Xerox a second breakfast, at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 27.  In addition, the magazine will host with Rochester Software Associates (RSA) a Tuesday In-Plant printer luncheon. There will also be a WebCRD User Group Meeting on Monday from 1:45 pm to 3:00 pm.
