Cult leader and one of America’s most notorious killers Charles Manson died on Monday from natural causes at the age of 83.
Manson was serving nine life sentences at California State Prison-Corcoran for seven counts of first-degree murder and one count of conspiracy to commit murder.
A statement released by California State Prison-Corcoran said 8:13 p.m. on Sunday, November 19, 2017, at a Kern County hospital.
Manson had been housed in the Protective Housing Unit at California State Prison-Corcoran since 1989.
