Smriti Srivastava (PGDM–C 2015) was chosen as one amongst 19 Young Leaders from various B-Schools across the country by the Economic Times – Young Leaders Edition 2014. AnuRadhakrishnan (PGDM–C 2015) represented MICA at the HUL Premier 30 League Tree 2014. Apart from this, MICA students have shone at blue-ribbon national competitions, including Google Online Marketing Lab, Comstratby FCB Ulka, Mahindra War Room, P&G CEO Challenge, Tata JagritiYatra, and LIME Season 6, organized by Hindustan Unilever Limited and CNBC TV 18.

- MANMEET VOHRA
Manmeet Vohra, Director – Marketing and Category, TATA Starbucks Private Ltdis an alumnus from the 2000-2002 batch of MICA, PGDBMcourse. He has an experience of more than eleven years in marketing and about 10 years in luxury industry, a major chunk of whichwas from TAG Heuer and L’Oreal.
She started her career as a Client Servicing Executive at JWT,after which she took up the role of Marketing Manager at TAG Heuer. She then moved to L’Oreal India as a Senior Product Manager where she worked for brands like Ralph Lauren and Giorgio Armani. She believes that working at TAG Heuer was a vital cog in her journey and she was deeply inspired by the brand’s values of passion, precision, perfection, performance and prestige.
While pursuing thesis in second year at MICA (2001-2002), she chose to study the new coffee house culture that was gripping the Indian youth. She then researched extensively on the various coffee houses that were blooming in the country, especially Starbucks.
Her key strengths include marketing, retail, 360 degree product management, PR and attention to detail. She has been a guest of honor and a speaker at various prestigious MBA institutes like IIT-Bombay, Mudra Institute Of Communications-Ahmedabad and SCMHRD, Pune, etc.
- SWATI RAI
Swati Rai, Product Marketing, Facebook- An alumnus of MICA, Swatistarted her career at Google to learnabout online marketing. Later, she worked on Google Analytics. In a few years, she moved toMindshare where she planned holistic media strategies for clients across the digital spectrum.
Soon, she found an opportunity to start Audience Science’s offices in Singapore and lead the management for their DMP in Asia only to have Facebook find her. Facebook invited her in to work on their exciting piece of business, Atlas which she thoroughly enjoys growing and developing for Asia Pacific.
She believes that the Ad Tech industry is fast paced, innovative, data driven and solution oriented and that is what makes it very interesting for her. Ad technology innovation is at the helm of creating what the future of advertising will look like.

- KANIKA MITTAL
Kanika Mittal, Head – Marketing and Brand Communications, Reeboktook up the significant role at the definitive moment when the brandpositioned itself as the fitness initiators and authenticators of India.
With a healthy challenge ahead, she undertook this role with a single-minded approach to innovate and introduce fresh ideas in every aspect of business. Some of these initiatives included the path-breaking digital innovation ‘Ignite your Fitness Fire’ with M.S.Dhoni and the highly engaging Flexercise campaign – a never done before no excuse approach to fitness.

KedarLele, Chief Operations Officer, Unilever Bangladesh Ltdis a well-rounded business manager with his experience spanning across Advertising, Internet companies, FMCG Marketing and Sales & Customer Development.
An alumnus of MICA, Kedar startedhis career in Advertising. He spent a few years in Internet business,gaining critical experience in consumer & B2B marketing, product management, advanced solution selling, customer & alliances management and category development.

Ashish Joshi, Senior Business Leader at Alcon, A Novartis Divisionacross Asia Pacific markets is a seasoned business management and marketing professional with 18 years of experience across diverse commercial and marketing domains like FMCG, Nutrition,OTCs,and Medical Devices etc.
