Visitors to Autumn Fair 2016 are invited to step inside an inspiring haven of bespoke, well-designed product within the show’s Summerhouse sector. Positioned alongside the wider Contemporary Home & Gifts offering, the growing sector promises to be a hit with buyers and retailers in search of unique, on-trend collections for AW16 and SS17. The brands’ thought-provoking products are carefully sourced from across the globe and their fingers very much on the pulse as to what is selling worldwide.
India Jane will unveil new collections across furniture, accessories and lighting, as well as an extended range of faux flowers and its largest selection of mirrors to date, providing the ideal finishing touches for sophisticated interiors. The brand will also preview their Shanghai Deco collection for autumn, which features a juxtaposition of rustic wood textures set against nickel and crystal.
Adding a stylish dose of British-made product to the sector, Bronte by Moon will present its luxury woollen home furnishings and accessories. The brand is steeped in British heritage dating back to 1837, offering a wide-ranging collection of traditional tartan blankets, throws, cushions, and super-soft scarves and wraps.
Established over 40 years ago, fellow British brand Libra will bring a whole host of premium products to the show. The esteemed wholesale company prides itself on creating beautifully crafted, diverse collections across the interior design spectrum, which for 2016 sees the exciting addition of hand blown glassware, candles and upholstery.
While British brands dominate the Summerhouse line-up, Ib Laursen will bring a touch of Scandinavian style to the sector with its latest array of homeware, textiles, accessories and gift decorations. Neutral, earthy tones set the palette, combined with interesting textures and ethnic-inspired prints for the bedroom, kitchen, living room and beyond.
Grand Illusions will present its innovative Vintage Paint range alongside a wider array of gifts, home accessories and furniture. Made from natural earth pigments with a high chalk content of over 45%, the water-based paint is designed to replicate the milk-paints of the 18th and 19th Century, now available in 27 colours across a Nordic-French colour palette.
Other brands to the carefully curated Summerhouse sector include One World Trading, Gisela Graham, Tutti & Co, Inis, Makasi Imports, and Owen Barry.
