Superstar singer Adele is rolling in the cash after making a £350,000 profit on her luxury villa on a beachfront resort known as Millionaire’s Row.
The Rolling in the Deep singer, 28, bought the Art Deco property for £2.5million in 2012 but has now made a tidy sum after selling it on.
Adele moved into the home, on the exclusive Western Esplanade near Brighton in East Sussex, with her partner Simon Konecki.

The attractive Edwardian property is now owned by former BIMM musician Rachael Wood and her husband John, according to property records.
The house has a private beach with balconies, terraces and panoramic views of the coastline, large open-plan reception rooms and four bedrooms with a two-storey atrium, a walk-in wardrobe, dressing room and a plush kitchen area.
Adele was by no means the only star who could be seen walking along the picturesque pebbled beaches – celebrity neighbours include David Walliams, DJ Norman Cook (otherwise known as Fatboy Slim) and presenter Zoe Ball.
While previous residents include Paul McCartney and his then wife Heather Mills and in years gone by the row was graced by partying guests such as Frank Sinatra and Ava Gardner.
It was reported that Adele ‘fell in love’ with the seafront property which she bought and moved into immediately.
The profit made from the sale is hardly loose change, but won’t making any ripples in Adele’s pockets with the singer listed as ninth on Forbes’ celebrity earnings list.
In June it was announced she had bought event producer Don Mischer’s Beverly Hills home for £7.2 million ($9.5m) after reportedly securing a record-breaking £99 million ($130m) record contract
Before the move to Hove, the Grammy winner, full name Adele Laurie Blue Adkins, rented a 10-bedroom country mansion near Partridge Green, West Sussex.

The mansion boasted seven reception rooms, nine bathrooms and 24 acres of land.
She moved out shortly after reports that the mansion was haunted. It went up for sale for £6 million.
Michael Pagett Baxter was behind the design of Hove Esplanade and built the houses between 1909 and 1910.
His family lived in the row for 70 years before they were put on the market, billed as an ideal winter retreat by the sea.
They were particularly popular with wealthy families because of their private beaches and spectacular views of the English Channel.
Adele’s most recent hits include Hello and Send My Love from her latest album 25.
