Udupi, Jan 21: JP Lights opened its second branch of lighting showroom in city at Kadiyali, on Friday January 20. The showroom was inaugurated by George Menezes.

Sri Laxmivarateertha Swamiji of Shiroor math set the formal function in motion by lighting the lamp. Fr Fred Mascarenhas, parish priest, Mother of Sorrows Church, Udupi blessed the new showroom premises.

Sri Laxmivara Swamiji in his blessings said, “I have heard the popularity of JP Lights across the state. Ventilation and light decoration are two very important parts of any home or building. Most of the costumers are eager to buy new collections of light to beautify their homes. JP Lights has good collection of lights which attracts customers from all over the place. Proper lighting also brings peace to mind.

“Let there be many new showrooms of JP Lights in the city,” he said.

Manohar S Shetty, proprietor of Sai Radha Developers, Udupi said, “Looking at the current market, Indian companies are competing at the global level and trying to match them with their own products. Udupi is witnessing a rapid development in new business avenues. We need to improve in fostering discipline and maintain cleanliness in and around the city.”

Meenakshi Madhav Bannanje, president, City Municipal Council said, “Many people have an interest in home decor and always look for new varieties. JP Lights will surely cater to this need of people in city and make their homes more attractive.”
