French Rug revisited by Edition Bougainville, inspired from a Louis XN marquetry at the castle of Vaux le vicomte. By smoothing out patterns, we emphasize on the beauty of the silk and by shading the background, we give an extra depth to the rug. With surprising moiré effects, fresh shaded tones, authentic patterns collected from ancient documents or archives from the other side of the world.
