Kamla Advani, the wife of BJP veteran L. K. Advani, died today at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) due to heart failure.
Sources close to the family said she complained of uneasiness and breathlessness and was rushed to the AIIMS where doctors tried to revive her but in vain. “She suffered cardiac arrest,” they told PTI.
Kamla Advani (83) is survived by her husband, a son and a daughter. She had been suffering from age-related problems for some time and was on wheelchair for the last few months. Family sources said she was also suffering from memory loss.
