Arsenal defender Kieran Gibbs is reportedly considering his future at the Emirates due to a lack of playing time.

The Gunners academy product was Arsene Wenger’s first-choice left-back between 2012 and 2015, but has since lost his place to Nacho Monreal.

And now The Sun claim the 26-year-old, who is contracted at the north London club until 2018, could look to leave in January if his situation doesn’t change.

Arsenal forward Joel Campbell has hit out at manager Arsene Wenger for not giving him a real chance in the first-team after leaving on loan yet again.

The Costa Rica international was farmed out to Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon in the summer, making it five times he’s left on loan since 2011.

“I think I deserved to play more after what I did last year, but now is a new stage,” he told Portuguese newspaper A Bola. “I feel good, happy, this is a new experience.”

Arsenal target Alexandre Lacazette is said to have been offered a new and improved contract at Lyon, worth a reported £85,000 a week.

That is according to French newspaper L’Equipe, who claim the France international’s new deal will include a £59million release clause.

The Gunners were linked with the 25-year-old striker all summer and are thought to have had a £29m bid rejected by Lyon.
