Las Vegas Market recently announced 20 new and expanded showrooms – including a 300% expansion by GiftCraft – confirmed in time to debut at the Summer 2016 Las Vegas Market, July 31 – August 4, 2016. These latest additions, coupled with other recently announced tabletop and housewares gains, bring a total of nearly 40 new tenants and 16 showrooms expansions to Building C for the Summer Market, which has helped to push Las Vegas Market’s overall number of resources above 3,100+ for the first time in the Market’s 10 year history.
“Las Vegas Market is continuing to build on recent record levels of new resources and double-digit gains in buyer attendance to further expand its resources,” said Dorothy Belshaw, president of Gift & Home Décor, International Market Centers. “Brisk leasing activity – both in terms of new and expanding showrooms as well as renewals by market leaders – is fueling exponential resource growth. As the leading furniture, home decor and gift destination in the western United States, Las Vegas Market is serving the industry with a steadily-expanding presentation of gift and home décor suppliers and product resources.”
This latest round of leasing activity brings another 18 new gift and home décor tenants to Building C in time for the summer Market.
